What we collect
When you email us or send a meeting request, we receive what you choose to include. When you ask us to follow up on a tool result, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, firm, email address, phone number and your answers.
The FCA Regulatory Review stores your answers only in your own browser. Nothing you enter there is sent to us.
How we use it
We use your details solely to reply to you, send any resource you requested and, with your consent, occasional regulatory updates relevant to your firm. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest and, where required, consent under UK GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to james.lane@regadv.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and runs only if you choose “Accept analytics”. If you reject, or make no choice, it does not load.
